Whatever your project requires, especially if it involves specialty polymers or polymer concrete, we're equipped to handle it. 

Safety is a priority. While we strive to use the safest products available, certain situations may call for high VOC and odor products. In such cases, we recommend clients stay out of the area during installation unless equipped with appropriate respiratory protection. However, in most scenarios, we utilize high-solids resinous materials and zero VOC concrete sealers, minimizing the risk of flammable or toxic fumes during installation. 

Effective maintenance ensures durability and aesthetics while preventing surface deterioration. While maintenance needs may vary, some general practices can significantly prolong the life of your floors. We provide Technical and Safety Data Sheets for all products used, including maintenance guidelines. Some routine maintenance practices include using a neutral-based cleaning agent (no Ammonia or Chlorine), daily cleaning of high-traffic areas, immediate cleanup of spills to prevent staining, and using appropriate cleaning tools like microfiber pads. Additionally, considering a simple recoat as the flooring nears its lifespan can save time and money in the long run. 

Yes, you can typically pressure wash a professionally installed epoxy flooring systems, but it depends on the products used. Pressure washing generally poses no issues, but excessive water temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit may require specialty topcoats that can withstand high temperatures and hot water pressure cleaning.
